Who we are

Ongrow Systems is a Toronto, Ontario–based business that builds AI systems for local service businesses. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit ongrowsystems.ca and when you message us.

What this website itself collects

ongrowsystems.ca does not have a contact form, a login, or an account system, and it does not set any cookies. The only data generated by visiting the site is standard technical server activity — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — automatically logged by our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance purposes. We don't access this in a way that identifies you personally, and we don't sell or share it for marketing.

We don't currently run any web analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated first and, where legally required, you'll be asked for consent before anything non-essential loads.

What happens when you tap "WhatsApp us"

Every contact action on this site — the WhatsApp buttons in the header, hero, pricing, and footer — takes you off ongrowsystems.ca to WhatsApp, a service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms, Inc. Anything you type there is governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy, not by this page. We'd encourage you to review it if you have concerns about how Meta handles messaging data.

What we do with your message once you contact us

When you message Ongrow Systems on WhatsApp, we receive and store your phone number, the content of the conversation, and anything else you choose to share (business name, services, pricing details, photos, etc.). We use this only to:

Respond to your inquiry and run your free demo
Build, brand, and support the AI systems you sign up for
Keep basic business records (invoicing, support history)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We keep conversation and account data only as long as it's needed to provide the service and meet basic bookkeeping requirements, and we'll delete what we hold on you if you ask.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to use it. To do any of this, email hello@ongrowsystems.ca and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Ongrow Systems is a business-to-business service aimed at business owners and operators. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes — for example, if we add website analytics or a contact form — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above before or as that change goes live.
